EconoMAX™ bulk fillers are designed with both economy and value in mind. EconoMAX™ bulk bag filling systems differ from the DensiMAX in that they do not use a PLC to control them. They do however have some automatic filling options available. These Bulk Filling systems are also commonly known as Bulk FIBC Fillers or just Bulk Bag Filling systems. EconoMAX™ bulk bag filling systems feature the same solid, structural steel construction used in all of our equipment. The EconoMAX™ bulk bag filling system is also capable of filling not only bulk bags but also, boxes, totes or drums on the same machine. Containers can be quickly filled on a pallet and removed with a forklift or a roller conveyor can be installed for powered or gravity removal of the container to a staging or storage conveyor. Optional weight indication and vibration are available which allows filling, vibration (densification) and weighing simultaneously. For filling of bulk bags, manual or pneumatically operated bag hanging hooks are available with the EconoMAX™ bulk bag filling system to simplify the bulk filling process.
